The Uncountable Portal: One Front Door for Every External Request

Requests from outside partners tend to arrive as emails, spreadsheets, and PDFs — incomplete, scattered across inboxes, and impossible to search. Scientists end up going back and forth just to figure out what a contract lab, supplier, or customer actually needs, then re-key the details by hand once it finally shows up complete.

The Uncountable Portal replaces that inbox with one configurable form. Partners — contract labs, CRO and CDMO teams, suppliers, and customers — get a secure link and sign in, with no seats to buy and nothing to install. Whatever they submit lands in Uncountable already validated and complete, whether that's a sample sent to an outside lab, a test submitted to your own lab, a supplier registration, or a search against your published product catalog. You define the fields, constraints, and workflow phases for each request type.

Every submission becomes a timestamped, versioned record with a full audit trail, isolated at the schema level from every other client's data, and built on the same SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, 21 CFR Part 11, and GMP-ready foundation as the rest of Uncountable. Invited users only ever see the specific forms you give them, never the full platform.

FAQs

What is the Uncountable Portal?

A narrowly scoped way to collect requests from external partners — contract labs, CROs, CDMOs, suppliers, and customers — and route them straight into your Uncountable R&D platform. Each submission becomes a structured record the moment it's submitted, not another inbox to manage.

Who is the Portal for?

Mostly external partners: outside labs and researchers you send samples to, CRO and CDMO teams, suppliers going through registration and qualification, and customers submitting tests or browsing a published catalog. Internal teams use it occasionally too, for the same structured intake.

What's the difference between a Portal link and a full Uncountable seat?

There are no seats to buy for the Portal. Partners get a secure link and sign in — nothing to install, no software to manage — and can only access the specific forms you've invited them to, never the full platform or any other client's data. A full Uncountable seat is for your own team working inside the platform.

How does a request become a record in Uncountable?

A partner submits through a configurable form you've set up for that request type. The submission is auto-validated against the required fields, then lands directly in Uncountable as a complete, structured record — with no re-keying and no chase — ready for your team to act on in-platform.

How does the Portal handle security and compliance?

Every request is encrypted end to end (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit) and hosted in your region — US, EU, or Japan. Each client's data is isolated at the schema level, backups run daily across regions with a documented disaster-recovery plan and yearly third-party penetration tests, and it's all built on Uncountable's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 foundation, with 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP support plus role-based access.
