The problem: cleanroom sampling managed on paper
Cleanroom monitoring needs every point sampled on schedule. Paper maps and manual requests make it easy to miss one.
Grade B rooms have many sampling points, each with its own sample type and frequency. When the plan is a printed map and the requests are created by hand, a missed point may only be noticed at review.
What this demo shows
- Map the sampling points for a Grade B filling room.
- Build a weekly sampling plan from the map.
- Finalize the plan.
- Get a lab request for every point on each sampling date.
Why it matters
A result without a clear sampling location leaves questions unanswered. Building the plan from the site map ties every request back to a specific point.
Locking the points and schedule once the plan is finalized, then generating requests automatically, makes coverage easy to show in an inspection.

Introducing environmental monitoring in Uncountable, one platform for R&D and quality. Start with the room. A monitoring area holds its site map and every sampling point on it. Put a point right where you sample and set the sample type it will request. Then, a sampling plan takes its points straight from the map and sets how often and how long to sample them.
Finalize the plan. Uncountable locks its points and schedule and puts every sampling event on the plan's calendar. For each date, every point in the plan gets its own lab request linked back to the plan and the point. Every sampling point mapped and scheduled, from site map to lab request in one platform.
