The problem: AI answers you can't verify
An AI answer is only useful in quality if you can check it. Answers that don't point to real records can't be trusted for decisions.
Quality teams can't act on a summary they can't check. An answer that names batches without showing the records puts the work of verification back on the engineer.
What this demo shows
- Ask Bodie about a failing batch and a suspect raw material lot.
- Get the affected batches back as links.
- Check each one.
- Check the supplier's certificate of analysis without opening it.
Why it matters
In quality, every claim needs evidence behind it. Answers that link to the batch records let engineers confirm each number before acting.
Bodie works with the same permissions as the person asking, so answers only include records that person is allowed to see.

Uncountable is one platform for R&D, quality, and the product life cycle. From the batch records, the QA manager asks Bodie, the AI built into Uncountable, a plain question about one thickener lot. Bodie finds the three batches that used that lot and shows each viscosity against the 95 to 105 KU spec. All three ran high.
Each batch is a link, so you can check every number. Open one and the record shows the same 109 KU. Then, a follow-up on the quality incident on that batch. Its supplier certificate shows the lot itself tested above the supplier's viscosity range. Bodie works as the person who asks. It sees only the records that person can see, so every answer stays inside their permissions.
See how Uncountable connects quality, R&D, and the product record.
