The problem: a product's history split across disconnected tools
A sunscreen passes through briefs, formulation, testing, quality and manufacturing. When each step lives in a different tool, teams lose the thread between them.
A brief becomes a formula in one tool, stability data in another, pilot QC in a third and manufacturing records in a fourth. Each handoff loses context, and questions late in the process are hard to answer.
What this demo shows
- Start from the brand brief.
- Develop and test the formulation.
- Carry the product through to commercial manufacturing, in one platform.
Why it matters
Connect the science, quality and decisions behind every product. Following one sunscreen through every stage in one platform keeps the full history together.
AI suggestions, stage gates, pilot quality checks and the first plant batch all build on the same records, so nothing has to be re-entered.
See it with your own data

Follow a new sunscreen from the first idea to the plant. It starts with a request from the brand team. They want a mineral daily lotion with SPF 50 that feels light and pumps well. Thanks to the structured data in Uncountable, its AI agent Bodie finds the past formulas that came closest. Bodie lists the three nearest experiments with SPF and viscosity for each.
The target goes into a spec. SPF of at least 50, a viscosity range, and a pH range. From the spec, Suggested Experiments trains a model on past results. It proposes four new formulas, each with predicted SPF, viscosity, and pH. The lab runs four candidates and enters the results. Each value turns green or red against the spec.
SC201 meets every goal, so the team turns it into a product. The project moves through stage gates. Each gate waits for its reviewers to approve. At pilot scale, quality tests every lot against the same spec. A control chart shows the trend and the process capability. One lot is over the viscosity limit. Quality opens a deviation on that lot with its urgency, plant, and equipment.
The investigation records the immediate cause and the root cause. Quality assurance reviews the fix and signs off, so the deviation can close. For the first plant batch, the approval record gives the plant its run sheet and lot label. The safety data sheet for the product is ready to export, too.
